Sooo, guess what today is??
DECEMBER 1ST, BABY! :D My favoritest month ever, simply because it's cold, pretty, romantic, and all around perfect. On the downside, it's the month I end up in the hospital most often... BUT NOT THIS YEAR! At least, I hope not... Meh :/
Speaking of hospitals, before I continue to drag on, I have a seriously serious issue to discuss... It's really super important. This little girl (picture below) is 10 years old, and she's been diagnosed with AM leukemia sub type 5... On November 19, her life changed, and now she's sitting in the hospital going through chemo. She's simply miserable, and it breaks my heart to see it because I used to (sort of) babysit her and her older brother. She's the sweetest little thing, and her name is Hayley. Her parents have created a Facebook page called Hope 4 Hayley, where they keep people informed on her health and what have you. If you have a Facebook, it would really mean a lot to me, her friends, and her family if you would go like their page. She reads the page every now and then, and it really keeps her spirits up to know there's other people around rooting for her. Also, they have a page at gofundme.com (I think it's called that) where you can donate money to the cause, the family, and her bills and such things. Their goal is $10,000. They've raised $140 in four days by 6 people... If you can donate, once again, it would mean a lot. With their only daughter in the hospital with leukemia, the bills are piling up.
